Key Terms

oled microdisplay technical
An OLED microdisplay is a very small, high-resolution screen built from organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) used inside devices like virtual reality headsets, augmented reality glasses, electronic viewfinders, and compact imaging systems. Investors care because these tiny displays can command premium pricing, drive demand for related optics and chips, and act as a growth indicator for emerging product categories—think of them as the high-quality miniature screens that enable next‑generation wearable and imaging devices.
thermal weapon sight technical
A thermal weapon sight is an optical device that mounts on a firearm and uses infrared sensors to detect heat differences, creating a visible image of people, animals, or objects in low light, smoke, or obscured conditions. It matters to investors because sales, contracts, and export rules for these high-tech defense and security products can affect the revenues, margins, and regulatory risk for companies that design, manufacture, or sell them — think of it as night-vision for heat rather than light.
forward looking statements regulatory
Statements about a company’s expected future performance, plans, goals, or projections that are not historical facts and involve assumptions and estimates. Investors care because these are predictions that guide decisions but can be wrong; like a weather forecast, they help set expectations and risk — if circumstances change, actual results may differ significantly, so investors should weigh them alongside hard data and risk factors.
