On Mar 26, 2026 and Apr 1, 2026, Selebi drilling results expanded mineralized zones and supported future MRE and PEA work. Metallurgical improvements at Selkirk on Apr 27, 2026 and strong Selebi drilling on May 7, 2026 both coincided with gains of 7.21% and 9.51%. A board nominee update on Apr 9, 2026 saw a modest 0.82% move. Today’s AGM results and DSU grants follow this pattern of steady corporate and technical progress.

5 terms
omnibus equity incentive plan financial
"approved the Company's Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan (the "Plan")."
A single, company-wide plan that lets a business grant different kinds of stock-based pay — such as stock options, shares that vest over time, or other equity awards — to employees, directors and consultants. It matters to investors because it determines how much of the company can be paid out in shares, how quickly those shares enter the market, and how well employees are motivated to grow the business; think of it as a toolbox or menu for paying with ownership stakes that can dilute existing holders and affect company performance.
deferred share units financial
"an aggregate of 153,100 deferred share units ("DSUs") were granted to directors"
Deferred share units are promises that give an executive or director the right to receive company shares or their cash value at a future date, often when they retire or leave the company. Think of them as a paycheck held in a savings account that converts into stock later; they matter to investors because they tie pay to long-term performance, create potential future dilution of shares, and represent a delayed cash or share obligation the company must eventually fulfill.
volume weighted average price financial
"representing the 90-Day volume weighted average price of the Company's shares"
The volume weighted average price (VWAP) is a way to measure the average price of a security, such as a stock, over a specific period, taking into account how many units were traded at each price. It’s similar to calculating the average cost of items bought when some are more frequently purchased than others. Investors use VWAP to assess whether a security is being bought or sold at a fair price during trading.
tsx venture exchange regulatory
"price of the Company's shares on the TSX Venture Exchange as of May 21, 2026."
A junior stock exchange in Canada where smaller, early-stage companies list shares to raise capital and gain public visibility. Think of it as a farmers’ market for young businesses: it offers investors a chance to buy into fast-growing but higher-risk ventures, with looser listing rules and typically lower liquidity than major exchanges. It matters because performance and financing on this exchange can signal growth prospects or risk for investors.
sedar+ regulatory
"voting results to be filed by the Company on SEDAR+."
SEDAR+ is Canada’s centralized online system where publicly traded companies submit required regulatory documents such as financial reports, prospectuses and disclosure statements. It gives investors a single, searchable place — like a public library or online filing cabinet — to check a company’s official records for transparency, compare performance, and verify material information before making investment decisions.
