("POET" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: POET), a leader in the design and implementation of highly-integrated optical engines and light sources for artificial intelligence networks, today announced that it will be showcasing live demonstrations of its latest optical products at the 2025 China International Optoelectronic Expo (CIOE), taking place September 10–12 at the Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center.

At CIOE 2025, POET will highlight two breakthrough demonstrations designed for AI scale-up networks and hyperscale data centers:

  • Groundbreaking light source for Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) and high-bandwidth chip-to-chip communications, the POET BlazarTM, addressing the urgent bandwidth and latency challenges of AI scale-up networks. Blazar utilizes POET’s wafer-level chip-scale packaging technology to create a high-power, multi-channel light source as an alternative to traditional DFB laser-based solutions.
  • A line of 1.6T transmit and receive optical engines, called POET TeralightTM, that delivers performance and cost-optimized solutions for high-volume 1.6T pluggable transceivers, enabling scalable, next-generation interconnect solutions for data center and AI infrastructure.

In addition to these demonstrations, Dr. Mo Jinyu, POET’s Senior Vice President of Global Product Development, will be a featured speaker at the International Forum on Optical Communications (IFOC 2025) on September 9, 2025, in Shenzhen.
