Reborn Coffee Receives Nasdaq Notification Regarding Late 10-Q Filing and Continued Listing Requirements
Reborn Coffee faces a Nasdaq compliance deadline over its delayed Q2 2026 Form 10-Q but its stock remains listed for now.
Rhea-AI Summary
Reborn Coffee (REBN) received a Nasdaq notice on August 27, 2026 that it is not in compliance with Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) because its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 has not been filed.
The company has 60 days to submit a compliance plan. If Nasdaq accepts the plan, an extension of up to 180 days from the original due date, or until February 16, 2026, may be granted to file the Form 10-Q and regain compliance. The notice does not immediately affect trading of Reborn Coffee’s common stock. The company intends to take necessary steps to regain compliance but cautions there is no assurance it will meet Nasdaq’s deadlines or continued listing requirements.
Positive
- No immediate delisting: Nasdaq notice has no current effect on REBN common stock listing
- Defined remediation window: 60 days to submit a plan, potential extension up to 180 days
