Trinity funded $297 million of total investments in the fourth quarter, putting Trinity at a record of $1.2 billion of fundings in 2024. Additionally, Trinity originated $411 million of investments in the fourth quarter of 2024, bringing total new commitments for 2024 to $1.6 billion.
