Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

Vivakor (VIVK) engaged Marcela Ronquillo Hinojosa as a strategic consultant to help advance its proposed airport energy infrastructure project.

A previously announced nonbinding letter of intent seeks a long-term lease of approximately 12.9 acres, with potential future expansion into hydrogen production using airport-generated organic waste. Vivakor expects Ronquillo Hinojosa to help develop strategic relationships, identify prospective financing opportunities and coordinate partnerships for the proposed project.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

2 terms
compressed natural gas technical
"hydrogen and compressed natural gas (“CNG”) infrastructure"
Compressed natural gas (CNG) is methane stored under high pressure in tanks so it can be used as a fuel for vehicles, power generators and industrial equipment; think of it like keeping a fizzy drink in a pressurized can so the gas can be released to do work. It matters to investors because CNG can be a lower‑cost, lower‑pollution alternative to gasoline or diesel, affecting fuel demand, fleet operating costs, infrastructure spending and regulatory risk across energy and transportation businesses.
letter of intent financial
"a nonbinding letter of intent to pursue a long-term lease"
A letter of intent is a document that shows an agreement in principle between parties to work towards a future deal or transaction. It outlines their intentions and key terms, acting like a roadmap before a formal contract is signed. For investors, it signals serious interest and helps clarify expectations early in the process.
