Retirement of Randee R. Koger from Board of Directors

On January 21, 2026, Randee R. Koger, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Equity Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”), provided notice of her decision to resign from the Board effective as of the Company’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2026 Annual Meeting”). Ms. Koger has served as a director of the Company since 2003 and is a member of the Company’s Compensation Committee. Ms. Koger will continue to serve as a director and member of the Company’s Compensation Committee until the 2026 Annual Meeting. Ms. Koger’s decision to resign did not arise or result from any disagreement with the Company on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
