On October 29, 2025, the Board of Directors of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company ("HPE" or the "Company") approved declaring a cash dividend of $0.953125 per share of its 7.625% Series C Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, payable on December 1, 2025, to holders of record as of the close of business on November 15, 2025. If the dividend payment date is not a business day, payment will be made on the next succeeding business day, without any interest or other payment in lieu of interest accruing with respect to this delay.

The declaration and payment of such dividend is at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors of the Company, and must be declared by the Board of Directors out of legally available sources prior to payment.
