Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 20, 2025, Navitas Semiconductor Corporation (“Navitas” or the “Company”) and GlobalFoundries (“GF”) jointly announced that Navitas and GF have entered into a long-term strategic partnership to strengthen and accelerate U.S.-based gallium nitride (“GaN”) technology, design, and manufacturing. Under this partnership, the companies will collaborate to develop and deliver advanced GaN solutions for high-power applications requiring leading efficiency and power density, including AI datacenters, performance computing, energy and grid infrastructure, and industrial electrification.
The joint press release announcing the Company’s collaboration with GlobalFoundries is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated in this Item 7.01 by reference.
