(the “Company”) of his resignation from the Board and from his position as a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Jousma served as a non-independent director of the Company.

 

Mr. Jousma’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Company thanks Mr. Jousma for his service and contributions to the Company and wishes him all the best.
