Material Change Report regulatory
"Exhibit 99.1 FORM 51-102F3 MATERIAL CHANGE REPORT The Toronto-Dominion Bank"
A material change report is a public notice that a company must file and share whenever new information or an event is significant enough to likely influence an investor’s decision. Think of it like an urgent update board that tells shareholders about big shifts—such as major deals, leadership changes, sudden losses, or legal issues—so investors can reassess risk and value with the same facts everyone else has.
Senior Executive Team other
"will join the Senior Executive Team. The role brings together key"
Global Technology and Solutions technical
"appointed Group Head, Global Technology and Solutions (GTS) and will"
Digital Assets financial
"including Enterprise Strategy, Corporate Development, Digital Assets, Payments"
Digital assets are electronic files or representations of value stored electronically, such as cryptocurrencies, digital tokens, or digital art. They matter to investors because they can be bought, sold, and used for transactions much like physical assets, but exist entirely in digital form, offering new opportunities for investment and financial innovation.
enterprise AI technical
"will assume responsibility for Global Corporate Affairs and enterprise AI."
Enterprise AI is the use of advanced computer algorithms and machine learning across a company’s operations to automate tasks, analyze large amounts of data, and improve decisions—think of it as a smart assistant that learns from a business’s own information. It matters to investors because successful adoption can boost revenue, cut costs, and create competitive advantages that affect margins and growth potential, while failed or costly rollouts can become a financial drag.
