a quarterly cash dividend of $18.64436222 per share on CFG’s 6.000% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series B (CUSIP No. 174610AP0);
a quarterly cash dividend of $19.03791778 per share on CFG’s 6.375% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series C (CUSIP No. 174610AQ8);
a quarterly cash dividend of $12.50 per share ($0.3125 per each depositary share, each representing a 1/40th interest in a share of the preferred stock) on CFG’s 5.000% Fixed-Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series E (CUSIP No. 174610402);
