BETHLEHEM, Pa., June 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Embassy Bancorp, Inc. This expanded stock repurchase program will be effective June 1, 2026.

The Company announced its first Stock Repurchase Program on October 27, 2025, which authorized the repurchase of up to $5 million of the Company’s common stock.
