Integra Resources (TSXV: ITR, NYSE American: ITRG) has filed a NI 43-101-compliant Feasibility Study and updated Life of Mine Plan Technical Report for its producing Florida Canyon Mine in Pershing County, Nevada. The report, effective May 31, 2026 and led by Global Resource Engineering, is available on SEDAR+, EDGAR and Integra’s website.

The updated study incorporates nearly two years of operating data and a review of historical performance, supporting a more stable and executable plan. Proven and Probable Mineral Reserves increase 74% to 1.19 million ounces of gold, with an 8-year operating mine life and a 17% rise in average annual gold production to about 82,000 ounces during active mining. The plan outlines approximately 685,000 ounces of life-of-mine gold sold, about $0.8 billion in after-tax free cash flow (non-GAAP) and a base case after-tax NPV (5%) of $601 million, using specified gold price assumptions. Site-level all-in sustaining costs (non-GAAP) are expected to average roughly $2,331 per ounce, with Integra stating that resulting cash flows are expected to help advance its DeLamar and Nevada North projects.

4 terms
ni 43-101 regulatory
"prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure"
A Canadian regulatory standard that sets the rules for how mining and exploration companies must report mineral resources and reserves, requiring technical reports prepared or signed off by an independent, certified expert. It matters to investors because it creates a consistent, transparent “inspection report” for mining projects, making it easier to compare prospects, judge the reliability of claims, and assess geological and financial risk before investing.
life of mine plan technical
"Feasibility Study Technical Report and updated Life of Mine Plan"
A life of mine plan is a detailed engineering and financial roadmap that projects how a mining operation will extract its mineral resources from start to closure, including schedules, production rates, capital and operating costs, recovery methods, and waste or closure activities. It matters to investors because it translates geological estimates into a multi-year forecast of production and costs—like a building blueprint that shows how long a mine will operate and what cash flows, capital needs, and risks to expect over its lifetime.
net present value financial
"base case after-tax net present value (5%) ("NPV") of $601 million"
Net present value is a way to measure the value of a future amount of money today. It considers how money available in the future is worth less than money now because of potential earning opportunities or inflation. Investors use it to decide whether an investment is worthwhile, aiming for projects with positive net present value, meaning they are expected to generate more value than they cost.
all-in sustaining costs financial
"Site-level all-in sustaining costs ("AISC") are expected to average"
All-in sustaining costs (AISC) is a per-unit measure used mainly in the mining sector that captures the full ongoing cost to produce a unit of metal, including operating expenses, sustaining capital (maintenance of current operations), and a share of corporate overhead and site-level costs. Investors use AISC to judge whether production generates real profit and sustainable cash flow—think of it as the total monthly household cost to keep a home running, not just the utility bill.
