(“Jiayin” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: JFIN), a leading fintech platform in China, today announced that Ms. Xiaojing Lu has been appointed as a director of the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”), a member of the compensation committee of the Board and a member of the nominating and corporate governance committee of the Board, effective as of July 1, 2026. Ms. Yifang Xu has resigned from her position as a director of the Company, a member of the compensation committee of the Board and a member of the nominating and corporate governance committee of the Board, effective as of July 1, 2026, for personal reasons.
