Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

Company Builds on Existing Sales Through Individual Ace Hardware Locations and Presents Expanded Powersports Program to Ace Retailers

GARLAND, Texas, Oct. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Massimo Group (NASDAQ: MAMO) ("Massimo" or the "Company"), a manufacturer and distributor of powersports vehicles, UTVs, ATVs and innovative mobility solutions, today announced that it is advancing a new retail program designed to expand availability of Massimo products across the Ace Hardware network.

Massimo has historically sold products through a number of independently operated Ace Hardware locations and is now working to broaden that opportunity by developing programs that can be made available to Ace retailers on a wider basis.

As part of that effort, Massimo recently participated in an Ace Hardware event in Orlando, Florida, where the Company presented its powersports products and retail programs directly to Ace representatives and store owners.

Ace Hardware operates more than 5,000 stores in the United States and represents one of the country's largest networks of independently owned neighborhood hardware retailers.

"Working with individual Ace stores has already demonstrated to us that there is a natural fit between the Ace customer and Massimo's product portfolio," said Quenton Petersen, Chief Executive Officer of Massimo Group. "The next opportunity is to take what we have learned at the individual-store level and build a scalable program that can be presented to a much broader group of Ace retailers."

Massimo has also submitted a dedicated 2026 holiday retail program designed to provide participating Ace stores with select Massimo products for the Black Friday and Christmas selling periods. The program is being structured around inventory availability, retail pricing, merchandising and logistics necessary to support participating stores during the critical holiday sales season.

No purchase commitments or minimum store participation levels have been established under the program, and individual retailer participation remains subject to applicable approvals and ordering decisions.

"Our objective is to make doing business with Massimo as easy as possible for independent Ace retailers," Petersen continued. "Ace has an extraordinary network of locally owned stores, including many locations serving rural, outdoor and recreational markets that align well with our customer base. We believe creating a program that gives these retailers access to the right products, pricing and support could represent a meaningful long-term retail growth opportunity for Massimo."

Massimo's broader retail strategy is focused on increasing the number of channels through which consumers can access its products while reducing dependence on any single customer or distribution channel. The Company believes independently operated retail networks can complement its existing national retail, dealer, fleet and direct-to-consumer businesses.

The Ace initiative is also consistent with Massimo's strategy of expanding relationships with retailers whose customer demographics overlap with the Company's core powersports, outdoor recreation, agricultural and utility markets.

Massimo used its participation in the Ace event to meet with retailers, introduce its product lineup, gather feedback on regional product demand and further develop programs designed specifically for the Ace network.

"This opportunity isn't simply about getting another product into a store. We are focused on building another scalable distribution channel for Massimo," Petersen added. "With thousands of independently operated Ace locations across the country, even incremental adoption over time could create a meaningful new avenue for growth."

The Company expects to provide additional updates regarding its Ace Hardware initiatives as programs develop and retailer participation progresses.
