RENO, Nev., Aug. 17, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- U-Haul Holding Company (NYSE: UHAL, UHAL.B), parent of U-Haul International, Inc., Oxford Life Insurance Company, Repwest Insurance Company and Amerco Real Estate Company, on August 17, 2023 declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share on its Series N Non-Voting Common Stock (NYSE: UHAL.B). The dividend will be payable September 29, 2023 to holders of record on September 19, 2023.

This will be the fourth dividend issued under the Company's dividend policy announced on October 25, 2022, which stated that the Company intends to pay quarterly cash dividends on its Series N Non-Voting Common Stock beginning in the third quarter of fiscal 2023.
