On October 12, 2026, Jorge Bermudez, who has served as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Moody’s Corporation (the “Company”) since April 19, 2011, informed the Company of his intention to retire from the Board, effective October 12, 2026. Mr. Bermudez’s retirement did not result from any disagreement with the Company, its management, or the Board on any matter.

Following Mr. Bermudez’s retirement and Mr. Keith Demmings’ election, the size of the Company’s Board will remain at ten.
