THOMASVILLE, N.C. – (July 23, 2026) – Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. (Nasdaq: ODFL) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.29 per share of common stock, payable on September 16, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 2, 2026. This dividend payment represents a 3.6% increase to the quarterly cash dividend paid in September 2025.
