On January 26, 2026, South Plains Financial, Inc. (the
“Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release covering such announcement and certain other matters is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form

On January 26, 2026, officers of the Company will conduct a conference call at 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, with respect to the Company’s financial results for the fourth quarter and
