After completion of the related issuer tender offer, the Fund implemented the conversion to a perpetual fund structure and continues to trade under the ticker IGI.

Recurring corporate matters for the Fund include shareholder meetings, director elections, independent registered public accountant ratification, adviser and subadviser relationships, tender offers, net asset value-based repurchases, and governance actions associated with its closed-end fund structure.
