Earnings Calendar for the Week of October 26, 2026
Earnings Week Ahead, StockTitan’s weekly calendar, counts 542 companies worth 2 billion dollars or more reporting from October 26 to 30, 2026, with Thursday the busiest day at 202. Microsoft and Alphabet report on Wednesday after the close, a few hours after the Federal Reserve’s rate decision, and Amazon follows on Thursday evening.
Wednesday and Thursday hold 73% of the market value reporting this week, and their evenings bring Microsoft, Alphabet and Amazon. Their results cover cloud computing, spending on AI, online shopping and advertising. They also land in the same two days as the Fed decision and the first estimate of US growth for the July to September quarter. Friday is led by ExxonMobil and Chevron. This calendar adds the call time of most companies worth 40 billion dollars or more, a link to the company’s own date notice and our count of how much market value reports each day.

Biggest earnings next week
The reports most people will hear about come from the companies behind Windows, Google search, Amazon’s online store and the weight-loss drug Zepbound, plus the oil companies ExxonMobil and Chevron. All six have announced their dates themselves, and the call times below come from their notices.
| Microsoft | Alphabet | Amazon | Eli Lilly | ExxonMobil | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Day | Wednesday | Wednesday | Thursday | Thursday | Friday |
| Session | After the close | After the close | After the close | Before the open | Before the open |
| Call (ET) | 5:30 p.m. | 4:30 p.m. | 5:00 p.m. | 10:00 a.m. | 9:30 a.m. |
| Consensus EPS (Nasdaq) | $4.71 | $2.94 | $2.01 | $5.38 | $3.96 |
| Year-ago EPS | $4.13 | $2.87 | $1.95 | $7.02 | $1.88 |
Microsoft publishes its fiscal first quarter, the three months to September, after the close on Wednesday, October 28, and its webcast starts at 5:30 p.m. ET (Microsoft’s notice). On its July call, Microsoft forecast revenue of $89.85 billion to $90.95 billion for the quarter. It also expected growth of about 45% at Azure, its cloud business, at constant exchange rates (call transcript). Those are Microsoft’s own benchmarks for Wednesday’s results.
Alphabet, the parent of Google, holds its call at 4:30 p.m. ET the same evening (Alphabet’s notice). It gives no quarterly forecast, so the figure most readers will look for is Google Cloud, whose revenue grew 82% to $24.8 billion in the second quarter (second quarter release). That quarter’s earnings per share were lifted by a large gain on shares Alphabet holds in other companies, so they are a poor guide to this quarter’s.
Amazon reports on Thursday evening, and its call starts at 5:00 p.m. ET (Amazon’s notice). In July it forecast net sales of $197.0 billion to $202.0 billion for the quarter (second quarter release). Amazon added that, leaving out Prime Day in both years, its sales growth for the quarter would be nearly 4 percentage points higher.
Eli Lilly, the maker of Mounjaro and Zepbound, announces its quarter on Thursday and starts its call at 10 a.m. ET (Lilly’s notice). Lilly forecasts only the full year, and in August it raised its 2026 revenue range to $85.0 billion to $87.0 billion (second quarter release). Thursday shows how much of that the summer quarter delivered. Nasdaq’s consensus for Lilly’s quarterly earnings per share sits below its year-ago figure, and Lilly’s adjusted results include charges for buying drug research projects, which vary from quarter to quarter.
ExxonMobil and Chevron close the week on Friday morning, October 30. ExxonMobil posts its release at 6:30 a.m. ET and holds its call at 9:30 a.m. ET (ExxonMobil’s notice). Chevron’s call is at 11:00 a.m. ET, and its advisory does not say when the release comes out (Chevron’s advisory).
The analyst consensus compiled by Nasdaq puts ExxonMobil’s earnings per share at about twice its year-ago figure. For Chevron it is about two and a half times, as the Friday table shows. For scale, ExxonMobil earned $3.52 a share in the second quarter on an adjusted basis, a measure that leaves out items the company treats as unusual (its release).
The widest gap on the whole calendar belongs to Sandisk, the flash memory maker, which reports on Thursday after the close. Nasdaq’s consensus for its quarter is $45.22 a share, against $0.90 a year earlier.
Size explains why these names lead. On Nasdaq’s figures, Alphabet, Microsoft and Amazon are worth $10.9 trillion together, about a third of the $31.9 trillion reporting this week. Alphabet alone outweighs all 37 companies that report on Friday, as the chart shows.
Show the data
| Item | Value | Times the smallest |
|---|---|---|
| Alphabet | $4,094B | 4.7x |
| Friday’s 37 companies | $3,059B | 3.5x |
| Monday’s 36 companies | $878B | 1.0x |
Earnings calendar by day
Wednesday and Thursday are the big days. Thursday has the most reports, and Wednesday carries the most value, because Microsoft and Alphabet both report that evening.
Reading the tables. Before the open means the results come out before the stock market opens at 9:30 a.m. ET. After the close means they come out after it closes at 4:00 p.m. ET. Confirmed means the company announced the date itself, and the link opens its notice (BorgWarner’s excepted). Expected means it has not, so the date is an estimate from the company’s past pattern and can still move. The Call column gives the call or webcast time in Eastern Time, with the day added when the call is the next morning.

Confirmed and expected earnings dates
Of the 281 companies worth 10 billion dollars or more, 253 have set their own date. Ford and PayPal are the best-known names that have not announced theirs yet.
Of the 542 companies, 461 have published their own date.
Among the 281 worth 10 billion dollars or more, 28 have not. Their news releases and investor pages showed no date when we checked on Friday morning, so the tables mark them expected. Cheniere Energy Partners is one of them: the notice that sets Thursday names only its parent, Cheniere Energy. BorgWarner’s confirmed date carries no link, because we found its notice only on newswire copies.
One company reports on a different day from Nasdaq’s listing. BBVA presents on Thursday at 4:30 a.m. ET, a day later than Nasdaq has it (BBVA’s calendar). TPG reports on Thursday before the open, with a call at 11:00 a.m. ET (TPG’s notice). Biogen reports on Wednesday before the open (Biogen’s notice), and Blue Owl Capital on Thursday before the open (its notice), as Nasdaq lists.
Six companies that Nasdaq places in this week have left it. NVR already reported on October 22 (its release), and Madison Air, Arrow Electronics, SiriusPoint, LCI Industries and Utz Brands set dates in the first week of November.

Economic data next week
All three releases that StockTitan’s economic calendar rates high impact fall on the two biggest earnings days. The Fed announces its rate decision on Wednesday afternoon, and the first estimate of third quarter growth comes out on Thursday morning.

The Federal Reserve’s policy statement comes on Wednesday, at the end of its October 27 to 28 meeting (Fed calendar), at 2:00 p.m. ET on StockTitan’s economic calendar. That is before Microsoft and Alphabet report after the close. On Thursday at 8:30 a.m. ET, an hour before the open, the Bureau of Economic Analysis releases its first estimate of third quarter gross domestic product. That is the broadest measure of what the economy produced, and it comes with September’s personal income and spending (BEA schedule).
Housing and factory orders fill Tuesday morning. Friday brings the employment cost index, which tracks what employers pay in wages and benefits. StockTitan’s economic calendar follows the official release schedules, so some private surveys can also come out during the week without appearing here.

How we counted
The companies, their sessions, market values and EPS figures come from Nasdaq’s earnings calendar, read on Friday, October 23, 2026 at 4:01 a.m. ET. It covers every company listed from October 26 to 30 with a market value of 2 billion dollars or more. Companies with two listed share classes, such as Alphabet, are counted once, under one ticker and one market value.
We matched each company to its own date notice in StockTitan’s news archive. For the companies of 10 billion dollars or more that the archive did not cover, we read the company’s investor site and SEC filings. When a company’s own date differs from Nasdaq’s, the company’s date wins. An automated match had wrongly moved Biogen and Blue Owl Capital out of the week; for Blue Owl it had read the notice of Blue Owl Capital Corporation, a separate listed company. We restored both from their own notices, with Nasdaq’s figures for market value and EPS. The same match had put TPG on Monday from the notice of TPG RE Finance Trust, a separate company; TPG’s own notice gives Thursday, as Nasdaq lists.
Call times come from the same notices, converted to Eastern Time; n/a means we did not find one. Full table rows cover companies worth 40 billion dollars or more. The lines under each table list the smaller companies by ticker.
Consensus EPS is the analyst consensus compiled by Nasdaq, as of October 23, 2026, 4:01 a.m. ET. Year-ago EPS is the figure Nasdaq’s calendar shows for the same quarter of 2025. Both can differ from the per-share numbers in a company’s own release, which may show adjusted and unadjusted figures side by side. Market value per day is our sum of Nasdaq’s market values. Sectors are the classification in StockTitan’s company data, and the S&P 500 count uses StockTitan’s list of index members.
Frequently asked questions
Which companies have earnings next week?
From Monday, October 26 to Friday, October 30, 2026, 542 companies worth 2 billion dollars or more are due to report. They include Visa and Coca-Cola on Tuesday, Microsoft and Alphabet on Wednesday, Amazon, Eli Lilly and Mastercard on Thursday, and ExxonMobil, AbbVie and Chevron on Friday.
When does Apple report earnings?
Apple’s call for its fiscal fourth quarter, the three months to September, is set for Monday, November 2, 2026. It starts at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time, which is 5:00 p.m. ET, according to Apple’s investor page. That falls outside this calendar’s week.
What time do companies report earnings?
Most US companies publish either before regular trading starts at 9:30 a.m. ET or after it ends at 4:00 p.m. ET, and hold a call with analysts soon after. Some that report after the close hold their call the next morning, and the tables mark those with the day.
Why do earnings calendars show different dates?
A calendar can list a date before the company announces one, or keep an old date after the company sets a new one. This week, Nasdaq’s calendar puts BBVA on Wednesday, while the bank’s own calendar gives Thursday.
What is consensus EPS?
Consensus EPS is the average of the earnings per share figures that analysts who follow a company expect for the quarter. Here it is the analyst consensus compiled by Nasdaq, as of October 23, 2026, 4:01 a.m. ET. It is an estimate, and companies often report an adjusted figure next to it.
Where can I find a company’s earnings date on StockTitan?
Each company name in the tables opens its StockTitan overview page, and each Confirmed label opens the company’s own date notice, except BorgWarner’s. StockTitan publishes this calendar on Friday mornings.
