(NASDAQ: AGMH, “AGM Group,” “AGM” or the “Company”), an integrated technology company specializing in high-performance hardware and computing equipment, today announced a joint project with HashBeaver, a digital computing infrastructure company, to develop a new desktop node for decentralized physical infrastructure networks (“DePIN”).

The product is intended for use in homes and offices. It is expected to use a purpose-built application-specific integrated circuit (“ASIC”) to perform SHA-256 hashing for Bitcoin mining.
